Ingredients are:  spices of India - Methi Seeds (Fenugreek), Haldi (Tumeric), Saunf (Fennel seed), Kalonji (Nigella seed), Jeera (Cumin), Rai (Brown mustard seed)

Washing instructions: wash in cold water and hang to dry for best results.
